RouteWX has been developed with the single goal of providing aviation information in a single location, coherently presented to allow flight crews to quickly build up their situational awareness of weather and threats for their flight.
We are not reinventing the wheel, TAF, METAR and NOTAM content is not altered in anyway, however, we have made every effort to highlight the threats by use of our colour coding technique and presenting all the information in a more logical layout, that lends itself to use in a flight deck environment.
All TAF, METAR and NOTAM data is pulled from third-party sources, stored and then presented via our tools. These third parties can suffer outages, delays in publishing the latest data or publish data with errors present. These delays and errors are outside our control and will result in erroneous results being presented via our tools.
